How does your service work?
Contact us using the form on the website with details on the size of your property and which service you require.
We will aim to contact you within 24hrs of your enquiry where we will arrange a date and confirm payment amount. Once the service is booked in with a date we will take payment.
Our team will then install/photograph on the decided date, and your professional photos will be sent to you by the next working day.
With our Landlord furniture packs, once you have contacted us and we have decided on a suitable date, our team source your furniture and deliver and assemble at your property of choice. The furniture provided in these packs is then yours to keep.
How do your fees work?
We offer an extremely flexible service as we know the needs of each client are varied.
Our entry level package for property dressing is £250- this would be a one bedroom property with prices increasing slightly per bedroom. This includes professional images taken of each room of the property.
Our photography service starts from £90 for a one bedroom property, again this slightly increases per bedroom. Included in this service are professional photos taken of each room.
Landlord furniture packs start from £995, and this involves us sourcing high quality furniture and delivering and assembling this at your chosen property.
